    When we started designing the Pipeline series, we thought about all the trails we love riding, what makes them great trails to ride, the technical sections that challenge and black diamond runs that are down right scary!

    Recently bought a 2nd hand bike with a badly damaged wheel. There was no doubt that the new wheels wouldnt be a set of Craftworx, had already made my selection without even having the bike itself. The Craftworx team were amazing, went through what my requirements were and we were off. Wheels arrived and they sound fantastic. The engagement is perfect and with the added Gnarly inners, I have the confidence to go at a lower pressure. Even with the inners, I saved around 150grams from the previous setup without inners!

We had a conversation about my bike, what I have changed so far, where I ride, how I ride and my weight etc....Very nice to touch on hand, light on weight, and the hub makes a beautiful buzzing sound....The first thing I pick up is the lightness when I start pedaling, follow by the instant engagement of the hub!...With significantly wider rim, I can lean and go harder through the berm. The vertical compliance make the ride grips better while the stiffer side compliance give me the confidence I never had before...

    The wheels are great! Firstly I’d like to mention the customer service from Craftworx is really second to none, every question I asked over multiple phone calls was answered and nothing was too much trouble and this alone influenced my decision to buy these wheels greatly.... Setup was a breeze the centre lock adaptors are simple and easy to use. The wheels themselves are super nice looking the hubs make a nice sound (very important) mine came set up for tubeless and the tyres seated no worries. I have ridden with them a couple of times now and I can feel the difference both in stiffness and also I tyre profile so lots of grip. I am really looking forward to getting out some some other trails to give them a good run. Overall I am a very happy customer with a very slick set of wheels and I am thinking about getting a set for my roadie too.
