At Craftworx, we've collaborated with Gnarly Oz to create our "Pure Gravel" series, a range of gravel bike wheels unlike anything on the market. Low profile wheels that have compliant, stable ride characteristics
Why did we do it?
We wanted to create wheel designs that have more compliance, are more stable of trail, roll faster on technical surfaces, feel lighter on the climbs and most importantly, are more comfortable to ride on.
How did we do it?
Our goal was to create the very best gravel wheels possible. So we adapted a purely logical approach to our designs. Gravel riding is varied, granular, technical and dirty.
We created wide, shallow rim profiles, paired them with the best bladed stainless steel spokes and high engagement hubs with additional seals to keep the insides clean.
